Cette démarche s’inscrit dans un dispositif global d’actions mis en place il y a plus de deux ans et qui fait ses preuves pour permettre à des personnes de plus de 45 ans éloignées de l’emploi de postuler au métier de consultant débutant et de rejoindre nos équipes.

Dans ce cadre, nous proposons un processus de recrutement adapté, sous forme d’immersion professionnelle au sein d’un dispositif de mission.

Pour la sélection, le CV n’entre aucunement en compte dans la sélection des participants à la semaine d’immersion. Par conséquent, aucun des critères liés à l’expérience passée dans les métiers du conseil ou encore aux responsabilités managériales n’est discriminant.

Identical since the program's launch in 2023, the selection method focuses primarily on the candidate's desire to learn or relearn a trade, their awareness of the expected attitude, and their ability to demonstrate adaptability, motivation, and curiosity.

For fifteen years, France has been commenting on its industrial decline with almost surgical precision, while in practice accepting a slow erosion of its ability to control its value chains. We know how to diagnose, compare, and alert. But we have not yet managed to act at the level of the ongoing historic shock. The world, meanwhile, has not waited.

The industrial question is no longer an experts' debate. It has become a political reality. It involves a country's capacity to make its own decisions in a world structured by overt power dynamics. While France refines its analyses, competing blocs have made industry the core of their assertion strategy. The United States has broken with thirty years of orthodoxy by deploying massive industrial plans. China is implementing a formidable and coherent strategy, combining upgrading and global normative influence. ASEAN is accelerating towards a decarbonized industry, which has become a lever of competitiveness.

These strategies are neither circumstantial nor ideological: they are precise, targeted, and deliberate.

France doesn't lack vision; it lacks speed and focus. 

In a world of acknowledged dependencies, sovereignty no longer consists of producing everything alone, but rather in quickly choosing one's battles and lucidly renouncing those we cannot win. At this stage, not choosing is no longer prudence: it is accepting downgrading.

The time has come to lay the foundations for an offensive industrial model, making clear bets where France can aim for leadership and influence the definition of standards: advanced materials, breakthrough nuclear, biotechnology, defense, space, or complex industrial equipment. Each missed industrial cycle permanently reduces our ability to make decisions.

France has the foundations of a major industrial power: centers of excellence, global champions, and recognized expertise..

It also benefits from underestimated structural advantages: a geography at the center of Europe and multimodal access, making France a natural industrial and logistics hub. When factoring in industrial services, the extended industry represents over 20 % of GDP, the foundation of a contemporary integrated industry. Not converting these advantages into productive power is no longer a delay, it is a renunciation.

Our success now depends on clear choices and our collective ability to execute them. Securing our value chains, mobilizing long-term financing, and making Europe a power multiplier through a "Buy European Act" are essential conditions. However, the state can no longer do everything: the industrial trajectory also depends on businesses' ability to invest, form coalitions, and execute without delay. Finally, it requires massive investment in skills and a collective narrative capable of sustainably reconciling the nation and its youth with industry, by making industrial jobs truly jobs of the future.

This moment marks a turning point: that of a targeted industrial pact, where the state and companies together set the direction and assume both investment and execution.

Industry is no longer a sector; it is a national project. Industry is the condition for lasting French power in the global economy. It is a promise, provided we act quickly. Now.

On February 17, Eurogroup Consulting organized a round table in Paris on the theme of «Fatigue at work - weak signals strong risks ".

Workplace fatigue has become a central topic, for both individuals and organizations. Often approached from the angle of workload or individual fragility, it actually reveals much deeper mechanisms.

Multi-factorial and systemic, fatigue is a wear-and-tear factor that calls into question our modes of organization, our models of governance, and our relationship to power and performance. It acts as a weak signal... with potentially major consequences.

To shed light on these issues and share concrete feedback, our firm organized a round table discussion with :

When fatigue becomes systemic

The discussions highlighted recurring mechanisms, whatever the context:

• cumbersome governance structures,
• poorly understood decision-making circuits,
• blurred priorities,
• no room for maneuver,
• dilution of responsibilities.

All these factors combine to exhaust teams and weaken performance.

From municipal policing to corporate life, the fields of action differ and operational realities contrast. Yet the same challenge runs through these high-intensity environments: building sustainable performance.

The Droit à l'école association is the winner of the latest Eurogroup Autrement Jury, held on January 15 on our premises. The association will benefit from the skills sponsorship program run for several months by the firm's volunteer consultants.

Eurogroup Consulting congratulates this association, as well as the two other organizations, Melting Pot and 1 Cabas pour 1 étudiant, which were selected following the Foundation's call for projects, before presenting their candidacy to a jury made up of members of the firm and external experts.

Created in 2019, Droit à l'école supports exiled Unaccompanied Minors (MNAs) in their access to the schools of the Republic and to professional integration. Arriving alone on French soil, these young people under the age of 18 have to wait an average of eight months before they can access schooling. To date, over 600 young people have been helped.

For the period 2026-2028, the employees of’Eurogroup Consulting have decided to dedicate the Foundation's new Great Cause to a major challenge facing our society: combating the social isolation of vulnerable groups.

This new Great Cause may concern, in particular: the isolated elderly people, the homeless, people with disabilities, ex-prisoners undergoing rehabilitation, foreign nationals living in France, and other vulnerable groups faced with loneliness and broken social ties.

The aim is to support associations with a wide range of profiles, each working in their own way to recreate links, promote inclusion and break down isolation.
