Par exemple, le r\u00e9gime agricole fait face \u00e0 un d\u00e9ficit de 35% des m\u00e9decins du travail, 20% des infirmiers de sant\u00e9 au travail et 40% des m\u00e9decins du travail chef.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces probl\u00e9matiques,\u00a0<strong>les r\u00e9gimes doivent renforcer leur offre de services SST :<\/strong>\u00a0pr\u00e9vention, suivi individuel et pr\u00e9vention de la d\u00e9sinsertion professionnelle.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h3>REPENSER LES ORGANISATIONS POUR MAINTENIR UN SERVICE DE QUALIT\u00c9<\/h3><hr size=\"2\" width=\"100%\" \/><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><br \/>Il est essentiel d\u2019identifier des pistes qui maintiendront un service de qualit\u00e9 aux usagers, en\u00a0<strong>imaginant des solutions concr\u00e8tes<\/strong>, telles que la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de t\u00e2ches, le partage d\u2019informations, le renforcement de la coordination\u2026<\/p><p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">Auparavant per\u00e7ues comme deux sph\u00e8res distinctes,\u00a0<strong>la m\u00e9decine du travail et la m\u00e9decine de sant\u00e9 publique doivent d\u00e9sormais relever les m\u00eames d\u00e9fis et exp\u00e9rimentent des solutions proches.<\/strong>\u00a0Afin de r\u00e9ussir cette transformation pour l\u2019ensemble des salari\u00e9s,<strong> la transversalit\u00e9 et le
