Ce barom\u00e8tre a pour objectif de donner la parole aux chargeurs et d\u2019\u00e9valuer leur perception en mati\u00e8re de transport fluvial et combin\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p><p>Notre cabinet r\u00e9alise, en partenariat avec l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/autf.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">AUTF<\/a>, la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9dition du barom\u00e8tre de transport fluvial. Ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments seront mis \u00e0 jour d\u2019une ann\u00e9e sur l\u2019autre pour\u00a0<strong>d\u00e9finir des tendances<\/strong>\u00a0et proposer ainsi\u00a0<strong>une vision aux acteurs du secteur<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Les propos recueillis permettent de dresser un\u00a0<strong>\u00e9tat des lieux<\/strong>\u00a0sur les modes privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s par les chargeurs pour transporter leurs marchandises, sur la lisibilit\u00e9 de l\u2019offre de transport fluvial et la satisfaction associ\u00e9e.<\/p><p><strong>De ces consid\u00e9rations se d\u00e9gagent des tendances d\u2019\u00e9volution du fluvial dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es<\/strong>. Pour cette nouvelle \u00e9dition, un focus renforc\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur l\u2019appr\u00e9ciation de la qualit\u00e9 de service par les chargeurs, dans ses diff\u00e9rentes dimensions, en partenariat avec l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.univ-gustave-eiffel.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Universit\u00e9 Gustave Eiffel<\/a>\u00a0dans le cadre des travaux de\u00a0<strong>l\u2019Observatoire national de la logistique<\/strong>.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/div><h3><strong>Quels usages pour le transport fluvial et combin\u00e9 ?<br \/><\/strong><\/h3><hr size=\"2\" width=\"100%\" \/><p><br \/>En 2024, les secteurs qui ont eu le plus recours au transport fluvial sont\u00a0<strong>le bois papier<\/strong>\u00a0(moins repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans le panel de cette ann\u00e9e), mais aussi largement\u00a0<strong>l\u2019agriculture<\/strong>\u00a0(30%), suivis par\u00a0<strong>l\u2019automobile<\/strong>\u00a0(25%).<\/p><p>Les usages des modes sont coh\u00e9rents avec les secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9 concern\u00e9s.\u00a0<strong>Les industries qui utilisent le plus le conventionnel sont l\u2019agriculture, les granulats et mat\u00e9riaux de construction<\/strong>. Les acteurs de la grande consommation sont ceux qui utilisent davantage le combin\u00e9. L\u2019utilisation du Short Sea reste assez limit\u00e9e, \u00e0 l\u2019exception du secteur automobile (en dessous de 10% pour l\u2019ensemble des industries).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>Les attentes des chargeurs bien identifi\u00e9es mais un effort d\u2019innovation encore insuffisant<br \/><\/strong><\/h3><hr size=\"2\" width=\"100%\" \/><p><br \/>Les chargeurs du panel ont\u00a0<strong>une vision n\u00e9gative<\/strong>\u00a0de l\u2019innovation des services dans le fluvial : seulement 14% l\u2019estiment bonne, tandis que 29% la jugent insuffisante, 36% tr\u00e8s insuffisante et 7% vont m\u00eame jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la qualifier d\u2019inexistante.<\/p><p>Aussi, 69% des chargeurs se sont vu\u00a0<strong>proposer des services innovants<\/strong>\u00a0en 2024 contre seulement un quart l\u2019an pass\u00e9. S\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019une forte progression, elle ne se concr\u00e9tise pas encore assez pour les chargeurs.<\/p><p>Parmi les services innovants,\u00a0<strong>la r\u00e9duction de l\u2019impact environnemental<\/strong>\u00a0(motorisations \u00e0 \u00e9nergies d\u00e9carbon\u00e9es) est l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment le plus repris (58%), devant<strong>\u00a0la mise \u00e0 disposition de donn\u00e9es\/informations<\/strong>\u00a0(17%) et<strong>\u00a0la contractualisation<\/strong>\u00a0(17%). Pr\u00e9cision importante : aucun chargeur parmi les r\u00e9pondants ne s\u2019est vu proposer de services innovants concernant<strong>\u00a0la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 des marchandises<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Ces r\u00e9sultats collent avec les attentes des chargeurs en mati\u00e8re d\u2019innovation, qui se dirigent principalement vers la r\u00e9duction de l\u2019impact environnemental :\u00a0<strong>les<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>motorisations \u00e0 \u00e9nergies d\u00e9carbon\u00e9es<\/strong>\u00a0(pour 67% d\u2019entre eux),\u00a0<strong>la contractualisation<\/strong>\u00a0(47%) et<strong>\u00a0la mise \u00e0 disposition de donn\u00e9es\/informations<\/strong>\u00a0(33%).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>Une offre de transport qui correspond partiellement aux besoins des chargeurs\u2026<br \/><\/strong><\/h3><hr size=\"2\" width=\"100%\" \/><p><br \/>89 % des r\u00e9pondants estiment que l\u2019offre de transport fluvial conventionnel r\u00e9pond\u00a0<strong>partiellement<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e0 leurs besoins et 11%<strong>\u00a0totalement<\/strong>, contre seulement 39% l\u2019an dernier.<\/p><p>L\u2019ensemble des grands chargeurs raccord\u00e9s \u00e0 la voie d\u2019eau ont r\u00e9pondu \u00ab\u00a0oui partiellement\u00a0\u00bb , confirmant la tendance observ\u00e9e l\u2019an pass\u00e9 : \u00e9tonnamment le raccordement \u00e0 la voie d\u2019eau n\u2019est\u00a0<strong>pas un gage de meilleure ad\u00e9quation de l\u2019offre<\/strong>. Cela pourrait refl\u00e9ter, en partie,\u00a0<strong>les attentes insatisfaites<\/strong>\u00a0en mati\u00e8re d\u2019innovation, sugg\u00e9rant que l\u2019adaptation des services ne suit pas pleinement l\u2019\u00e9volution des besoins du march\u00e9.<\/p><p>En compl\u00e9ment, trois quarts des r\u00e9pondants estiment que l\u2019offre de transport combin\u00e9 fluvial correspond\u00a0<strong>partiellement \u00e0 leurs besoins<\/strong>\u00a0tandis que 25% estiment que l\u2019offre ne correspond\u00a0<strong>pas du tout \u00e0 leurs besoins<\/strong>. Cela traduit les efforts d\u2019adaptation n\u00e9cessaires pour int\u00e9grer un maillon fluvial dans la\u00a0<em>supply chain<\/em>, notamment du fait de d\u00e9lais plus longs, de difficult\u00e9s en logistique urbaine ou encore une moindre offre sur les hinterlands portuaires.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\"><br \/>La qualit\u00e9 de la prestation au rendez-vous<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>Pour 78% des r\u00e9pondants, la qualit\u00e9 de service du transport fluvial se situe entre\u00a0<strong>\u00ab\u00a0excellente\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0et\u00a0<strong>\u00ab\u00a0bonne\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0(avec notamment 25% de \u00ab\u00a0tr\u00e8s bonne\u00a0\u00bb). Il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 d\u2019une am\u00e9lioration par rapport \u00e0 la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente \u00e9dition, dans laquelle 56% du se d\u00e9claraient entre \u00ab\u00a0tr\u00e8s satisfait\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0satisfait\u00a0\u00bb du transport fluvial.<\/p><p>Aussi, 36% du panel estiment que<strong>\u00a0la qualit\u00e9 de service du transport fluvial s\u2019est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e<\/strong>\u00a0en 2024, tout en soulignant qu\u2019aucun r\u00e9pondant n\u2019estime que celle-ci s\u2019est d\u00e9grad\u00e9e. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du transport combin\u00e9 fleuve\/route les r\u00e9sultats sont h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes : alors que plus de la moiti\u00e9 du panel estime que sa qualit\u00e9 de service est\u00a0<strong>\u00ab\u00a0bonne\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0ou<strong>\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0tr\u00e8s bonne\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>, 25% la jugent tout de m\u00eame\u00a0<strong>\u00ab\u00a0insuffisante\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p><p>En ce qui concerne l\u2019\u00e9volution de sa qualit\u00e9 de service, aucun des r\u00e9pondants ne constate l\u00e0 encore de d\u00e9gradation. Il est ainsi possible de conclure que, dans l\u2019ensemble,\u00a0<strong>l\u2019\u00e9volution de la qualit\u00e9 de service du mode fluvial<\/strong>\u00a0(conventionnel et fleuve\/route) est meilleure que celle du mode ferroviaire (conventionnel et rail\/route).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3f25708 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"3f25708\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6d76303 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6d76303\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><strong>Les donn\u00e9es cl\u00e9s<br \/><\/strong><\/h3><hr size=\"2\" width=\"100%\" \/><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-35eac8a e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"35eac8a\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1135882 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1135882\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Acteurs et \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me<\/h4><hr size=\"2\" width=\"10%\" \/><p><br \/>Le r\u00f4le des commissionnaires de transport semble se maintenir, m\u00eame si leur proactivit\u00e9 et d\u00e9marchage vis-\u00e0-vis de ce panel est en recul par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019an dernier.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>L\u2019offre<\/h4><hr size=\"2\" width=\"10%\" \/><p><br \/>Les chargeurs du panel ont une vision n\u00e9gative de l\u2019innovation des services dans le fluvial : ainsi, seulement 14% du panel la jugent bonne, tandis que 29% du panel l\u2019estiment insuffisante, 36% tr\u00e8s insuffisante, et 7% vont m\u00eame jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la qualifier d\u2019inexistante.<\/p><p>L\u2019ensemble des grands chargeurs raccord\u00e9s \u00e0 la voie d\u2019eau a r\u00e9pondu que l\u2019offre ne correspondaient que partiellement\u00a0\u00e0 leurs besoins, confirmant la tendance observ\u00e9e l\u2019an pass\u00e9 : \u00e9tonnamment le raccordement \u00e0 la voie d\u2019eau n\u2019est pas un gage de meilleure ad\u00e9quation de l\u2019offre. Cela pourrait partiellement refl\u00e9ter, des attentes insatisfaites en mati\u00e8re d\u2019innovation, sugg\u00e9rant que l\u2019adaptation des services ne suit pas pleinement l\u2019\u00e9volution des besoins du march\u00e9.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>Qualit\u00e9 de service<\/h4><hr size=\"2\" width=\"10%\" \/><p><br \/>36% du panel estiment que la qualit\u00e9 de service du transport fluvial s\u2019est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>Satisfaction<\/h4><hr size=\"2\" width=\"10%\" \/><p><br \/>Avec une satisfaction globale \u00e9valu\u00e9e \u00e0 3,26\/6, le transport fluvial r\u00e9pond convenablement aux attentes des chargeurs, bien que des axes d\u2019am\u00e9lioration clairs se d\u00e9gagent.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>Report modal vers les modes massifi\u00e9s<\/h4><hr size=\"2\" width=\"10%\" \/><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>En 2024, plus de la moiti\u00e9 des r\u00e9pondants d\u00e9clare faire du report modal vers un mode massifi\u00e9. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un r\u00e9sultat plut\u00f4t encourageant au vu de la conjoncture de cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p><p>La majorit\u00e9 du panel (61%) a fait du report modal du fluvial vers la route en 2024, 15% des r\u00e9pondants estiment m\u00eame y avoir eu fortement recours. On peut y d\u00e9celer l\u2019impact d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements marquants en 2024 (JOP, accident du pont de Sully, p\u00e9riodes de crues\/s\u00e9cheresse).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bcdbd2e e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"bcdbd2e\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fbf881e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fbf881e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><strong>Un barom\u00e8tre repr\u00e9sentatif<br \/><\/strong><\/h3><hr size=\"2\" width=\"100%\" \/><p><br \/>Le panel est compos\u00e9 de chargeurs industriels et de distributeurs utilisant le transport fluvial ou combin\u00e9, ayant r\u00e9pondu entre d\u00e9cembre 2024 et mi-f\u00e9vrier 2025 \u00e0 un questionnaire en ligne adress\u00e9 par l\u2019Association des Utilisateurs de Transport de Fret (AUTF).<\/p><p>En proportion, le panel est constitu\u00e9 majoritairement de\u00a0<strong>donneurs d\u2019ordres \u00ab industriels \u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0(67%), et \u00e0 33% de\u00a0<strong>donneurs d\u2019ordres \u00ab distributeurs \u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Cette ann\u00e9e, le panel est exclusivement compos\u00e9 d\u2019acteurs fran\u00e7ais et 35% des r\u00e9pondants voient leurs marchandises circuler en Europe, tous modes confondus, 44% en France uniquement et 22% \u00e0 l\u2019international. Il y a cette ann\u00e9e une plus forte repr\u00e9sentation de chargeurs dont les marchandises circulent en Europe que les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes.<\/p><p>Enfin, en termes de chiffres d\u2019affaires, 44 % des r\u00e9pondants cette ann\u00e9e r\u00e9alisent un CA sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 1 milliard d\u2019euros, 28% sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 10 milliard d\u2019euros, 39 % entre 500 M\u20ac et 1 milliard d\u2019euros et 17 % un CA inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 500 M\u20ac.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prescripteurs sur les modes de transport utilis\u00e9s, les chargeurs sont au c\u0153ur des pr\u00e9occupations des acteurs du transport.
